Sjeng Sports considers your privacy important and ensures that your Personal Data is handled carefully.

bank account details (IBAN number and account holder name, credit card details or PayPal details).
Note: The above data are only considered Personal Data if the data can be traced back to a natural person (which also includes a sole proprietorship).

When you visit the Website, our servers automatically store information such as URL, IP address, browser type and language, date and time of visit, and your email address.
Contact with Sjeng Sports
When you contact Sjeng Sports, for example with a request for information or advice, Sjeng Sports processes the Personal Data you provide to us, such as contact details provided by email, post, telephone or during other contact moments.
Newsletters and commercial emails
If you have provided an email address, via the Website or when placing an order, you can subscribe to our free newsletter and/or other commercial emails. We will only send these to you after you have indicated that you wish to receive them. Data collected by virtue of the customer relationship with Sjeng Sports
When you enter into an agreement with us for the delivery of products and/or place an order, Sjeng Sports processes the Personal Data you provide to us by email, post, telephone, during meetings or otherwise. In addition, Sjeng Sports may obtain Personal Data from you from other sources, such as Personal Data available on public websites.

The Personal Data obtained by Sjeng Sports is Processed for the following purposes:
Maintaining contact with you
If you request information from Sjeng Sports, Sjeng Sports processes the Personal Data provided to fulfill that request and/or to answer your questions.
Execution of an agreement between you and Sjeng Sports
For the execution of the agreement between you and Sjeng Sports, Sjeng Sports may need your personal contact and billing details as mentioned in article 3 of this Privacy Policy. This Personal Data will be used to execute the agreement and the resulting obligations. In particular, it concerns the following purposes:

(ii) the processing of your order and its shipment;

Sjeng Sports maintains a level of security for the Processing of Personal Data that, within the capabilities of current technologies, is sufficient to prevent unauthorized access, modification, publication or loss of Your Personal Data.
Your Personal Data is stored digitally by Sjeng Sports and is only accessible to authorized personnel within Sjeng Sports via personal login details and a password. In addition, Sjeng Sports protects Your Personal Data by using advanced Apache security headers and encrypted backups.
Article 6. Right to access and deletion
You have the right to request your Personal Data from Sjeng Sports or to request Sjeng Sports to modify or delete it. For some Personal Data, Sjeng Sports may be legally obliged to retain it. For this Personal Data, Sjeng Sports cannot modify and/or delete it at your request.
In some cases, you also have the right to obtain your Personal Data, which you have provided to Sjeng Sports, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transfer that data, if the Processing by Sjeng Sports takes place in a manner for which the right to data portability has been granted in the applicable laws and regulations.
To exercise your aforementioned rights, you can send an email to info@sjengsports.nl. Please note that after we have modified or deleted your data at your request, this data may still be present in our backups for some time until those backups are also deleted.
Article 7. Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data. "Cookies" are sent from the Website to your browser and stored on your computer's hard drive. We use "Cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse "Cookies" or use your browser to see how long "Cookies" are stored.
We may also collect information that your browser sends when you visit our Website ("Log Data"). Article 8. Third Parties

When you place an order with a Sjeng Sports reseller, the reseller has its own privacy statement. This Sjeng Sports Privacy Policy applies only insofar as it concerns the Personal Data obtained by Sjeng Sports in connection with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and in the manner described therein.
Sjeng Sports accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever regarding the way in which Third Parties handle Personal Data.
Article 10. Processors
Sjeng Sports engages third parties to Process Your Personal Data. These third parties (Processors) Process Your Personal Data exclusively on our behalf and we conclude processor agreements with these third parties that comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. This includes SAAS service providers ("software as a service"), service providers who provide hosting services, and also Third Parties responsible for delivery and transport.
Article 11. Retention periods
Your Personal Data will be retained for as long as necessary for the realization of the purposes as mentioned in article 4 of this Privacy Policy. After the (statutory) retention period, Your Personal Data will be destroyed.
The above does not apply if Sjeng Sports has a legal obligation to retain the Personal Data for a longer period.
