Your personal data is stored digitally by Sjeng Sports and is only accessible to authorized Sjeng Sports personnel using personal login credentials and a password. In addition, Sjeng Sports protects your personal data by using advanced Apache security headers and encrypted backups.
Article 6. Right of access and deletion
You have the right to request your Personal Data from Sjeng Sports or to request that Sjeng Sports change or delete it. Sjeng Sports may be legally obligated to retain some Personal Data. Sjeng Sports cannot change and/or delete this Personal Data at your request.
In some cases, you also have the right to obtain your Personal Data, which you have provided to Sjeng Sports, in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format and you have the right to transfer that data, if the Processing by Sjeng Sports is carried out in a manner for which the right to data portability is granted under applicable law and regulation.

Article 7. Cookies

These include SAAS service providers ("software as a service"), hosting providers, and third parties responsible for delivery and transport.
Article 11. Retention periods
Your Personal Data will be retained for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes stated in Article 4 of this Privacy Policy. After the (legal) retention period, your Personal Data will be destroyed.
The above does not apply if Sjeng Sports is legally obliged to retain the Personal Data for a longer period.
