Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU legislation, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days after receiving your order, without stating a reason. However, Sjeng Sports offers you a more extended return period of 30 days. You can submit your return or cancellation directly through your account on our webshop.
Conditions
Please follow the return conditions, otherwise, we cannot accept your return. Returned items that are not in accordance with our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back.
- Returns are possible up to 30 days after receiving your order.
- Ensure that all returned items are sent in perfect condition, unused, and with all Sjeng Sports tags attached.
- If information is missing, this may result in a delay in processing your return.
- Sjeng Sports is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of returned items.
- All return conditions also apply to SALE items.
Returns
Add the packing slip to your return package. You can paste the attached address label over the old label of the package. Customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg can return items free of charge via a DHL Parcelshop. Keep the shipping receipt safe until you have received a return confirmation. You can find the nearest DHL point at www.dhlparcel.nl. We will send you an email confirmation when we have received your return in good order.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange articles via the webshop. The desired articles can be reordered. This way, the articles will be delivered to you the fastest.
Damaged Articles
An article is classified as broken or damaged if the article is broken or damaged upon receipt. In this case, it can be returned, and the item will be refunded. Please indicate what is wrong with the item in the comments field during the return process. The customer service team will do everything possible to find a suitable solution.
Refund
Your return will be processed within 1 to 3 working days after receipt. You will receive a confirmation email. The handling of returns is provided by De Nederlandse e-warehousing. Your money will be refunded within 5 working days after receipt of the return. It may then take a few more working days for this transaction to be processed by your bank. The amount will always be refunded to the same account used for payment.
