Terms and Conditions
Please follow our return policy, otherwise we cannot accept your return. Items returned that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned.- Returns are possible up to 100 days after receiving your order.
- Please ensure that all returned items are in perfect condition, unused and with all Sjeng Sports labels attached.
- If any information is missing, it may delay the processing of your return.
- Sjeng Sports is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of returned items.
- All return conditions also apply to SALE items
Returns
Include the packing slip in your return package. You can place the enclosed address label over the old package label. Customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg can return items free of charge via a DHL Parcelshop. Please keep the proof of shipment until you receive confirmation of your return. You can find your nearest DHL point at www.dhlparcel.nl. You will receive a confirmation email from us once we have received your return in good order.
Exchange
Unfortunately, it's not possible to exchange items through the webshop. You can reorder your desired items. This is the fastest way to get them to you.
Damaged items
An item is classified as broken or damaged if it is broken or damaged upon receipt. In this case, it can be returned, and a refund will be issued. Please indicate in the comments section during the returns process what is wrong with the item in question. Our customer service team will do everything in their power to find a suitable solution.
