Libéma Open wrap-up Sjeng Sports

Sjeng Sports also enjoys a great atmosphere at Libéma Open 2023

Just like in previous years, Sjeng Sports had a booth at the Libéma Open 2023, so all tennis fans could purchase comfortable, high-quality tennis apparel. For us too, it was a week in Rosmalen to remember: beautiful weather, a great atmosphere at the park, and, what's more, a Dutch winner. Tallon Griekspoor managed to knock out one strong player after another, and to top it all off, our compatriot also pulled off a fantastic comeback to win the final against Jordan Thompson. This made Griekspoor the second Dutchman in two years, after Tim van Rijthoven, to win the Libéma Open title .

From playing padel to following training sessions of the big stars

But it wasn't just on the center court that visitors could enjoy the exciting matches being played; there was plenty to do off the court as well. Padel and beach volleyball were available for players to play, and the surrounding courts were used for training and practicing by the big names who once again graced the entry list for the 2023 Libéma Open. From Jannik Sinner to Daniil Medvedev, and from defending champion Ekatarina Alexandrova to eventual tournament winner Tallon Griekspoor: there was plenty to see for the large crowd. Add to that the rather unexpected appearance of Venus (and Serena) Williams, and the crowd was truly treated to the presence of the biggest stars. Guests could also enjoy tasty snacks and drinks in the park, and of course, it was also possible to stop by the Sjeng Sports stand to shop for the best tennis apparel!

Tennis clothing for both women and men

Just like in previous years, many people purposefully visited the Sjeng Sports booth during the Libéma Open 2023. Not only did many women who have been wearing Sjeng Sports clothing for years find our booth, but men whose "closets are already full" of Sjeng Sports clothing also stopped by, eager to find something new. Thanks to the experience of the long-standing women, every customer was carefully dressed, and visitors left shortly after with big smiles and a well-stocked bag. Because it was very warm every day, there were fewer people at our booth than usual, but this certainly benefits customer interaction. This allowed us to clearly inform our visitors about our fantastic deals—think three-for-one-get-one-free, daily specials, fifty percent off, and so on—and it was great to see more and more Sjeng Sports bags appearing around the park as the days progressed.
