1. Squats

This is the exercise that will give you a truly toned glutes and also give your legs a good workout. By placing your feet apart and extending your arms forward, you'll achieve the best pose. If you bend both legs 90 degrees, you'll notice you're almost in a sitting position. As soon as you feel this, push your glutes back and your chest forward, hold the position for a moment, and then push your body back up. Repeat this a little more each time, for example, 10 reps on the first attempt, 20 the next, and so on.

2. Planking

Planks are performed by lying on the floor on a mat with your stomach down. Keep your elbows and feet straight so your back forms a plank. The goal is to hold the position for at least 20 seconds, and you can gradually increase the time. What do you achieve? A very upright posture and a lean physique. It's one of those home workouts that truly works your entire body.

3. Push-ups

This one's probably familiar. You adopt roughly the same position as a plank. This is one of those home workouts that really uses your entire body. You kneel down and bend forward so your hands touch the floor. Your back should now form a straight line. Are you almost lying on your stomach? Then you push yourself up with your hands. You can adjust the number of push-ups yourself, making it a new challenge every time.

4. Triceps

A simple yet highly effective triceps exercise. Grab the dumbbells in one hand and rest your other hand and knee on the workout bench. You can also easily do this exercise sitting on the edge of your bed. Straighten your arm and pull the weights back up. It's that simple!

5. Biceps Curl

An easy-to-do workout among home gym exercises. An exercise with weights or, for example, bottles of water. Stand up straight and hold these two bottles firmly in your hands, then alternately bend your arms towards your shoulders. Repeat this over and over again. You can decide how often you want to do this. The trick is to gradually increase your strength.
